I honestly cannot say enough good things about Laura and Shadowcrest Kennel! We just brought our girl Harley (formerly Vera) home and we are already completely in love with her.

This was our first time ever getting a puppy from out of state, so naturally I was nervous and probably asked Laura a million questions throughout the entire process. She was always patient with me, answered my questions, kept me updated, sent pictures and videos, and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and reassured. I never felt like I was bothering her, even when I was probably being an overly anxious puppy mom lol.

We did run into some unexpected issues with transportation when the other families who were originally supposed to be on the route had to postpone. Laura immediately worked with us and the transporter to figure out another option so we could get Harley home as soon as possible. She stayed in communication with us throughout everything and even checked in before transport left to make sure we didn't have any other questions or concerns. That meant a lot to me.

And most importantly, Harley is AMAZING. She came home happy, healthy, confident and full of personality. She walked into our house like she had lived here her entire life. She was immediately running around, exploring everything, playing and then cuddling up with us when she finally wore herself out. You can tell she was loved, handled and well cared for before coming to us.

Laura truly went above and beyond for our family, and I am so thankful we found her. What started out as something I was incredibly nervous about ended up being such a great experience. If you're considering getting a puppy from Laura, I would absolutely recommend her. Thank you again for everything you did for us and for giving us our newest family member. We couldn't love Harley more!
